You'll own Propel's demand generation engine end to end — with one north star: qualified discovery calls booked per month. This is an organic-first, execution-heavy role where you build $0 growth channels before layering paid. If you've scaled B2B pipeline from scratch, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive organic growth across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, and Klaviyo Community
- Build content-to-pipeline systems — blogs, playbooks, and gated assets
- Run scrappy, personalised outbound to book discovery calls
- Manage Google Ads for high-intent lifecycle marketing keywords
- Own SEO and AEO to increase visibility in search and AI-generated results
- Report weekly on pipeline value, channel metrics, and cost per qualified meeting
Strong leadership and communication skills are required for success in this position.
