About the Role
You'll build Propel's brand on the internet — not just post content, but create a presence that US founders and CMOs trust and buy from. Working directly with the CEO, you'll own social media strategy, video content, ghostwriting, and community engagement across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. This is a builder role, not a maintenance one.
Key Responsibilities
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, X threads, and long-form content for the CEO.
- Build and manage a content calendar across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Script, edit, and publish short and long-form video content.
- Execute daily engagement across social platforms and communities.
- Create visual assets — carousels, infographics, and brand collateral.
- Track social analytics and report weekly on reach, engagement, and inbound.
Strong organizational and leadership skills are crucial for this position.
